Eligible Refund Reasons
We offer a full refund for the following valid reasons:
- Technical Issues: The Divi layout files are corrupted or don't work as described after our support team has been unable to resolve the issue.
- Missing Content: Advertised files or features shown in the Divi layout demo are not included in your download.
- Compatibility Problems: The Divi template doesn't work with your current Divi version, and we cannot provide a fix.
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same Divi layout pack more than once.
- Billing Errors: You were charged an incorrect amount or experienced unauthorized charges.
- Not as Described: The Divi page layout significantly differs from its preview or description.
Refund Process: How to Request a Refund for your Divi Layout
Follow these simple steps to request a refund for your Divi layout purchase:

Review & Processing
We'll review your request within 24 hours. Our goal is to resolve the issue first, but if that's not possible, we will process your refund.

Refund Completion
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is complete.
Important Notes
30-Day Limit
All Divi layout refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period are not eligible.
Account Access
After a refund is processed, access to the purchased Divi layout(s) will be revoked from your account. You will no longer be able to download or use the product.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, a lack of technical skills to use Divi, or for products that have been successfully used and downloaded. Our goal is to refund for genuine issues with the product itself, not personal preference.
